Pizza in oven

Ingredients

  1. 2x pizza base, stone baked (toscana authentic bakery)
  2. Tomato sauce
  3. 1/2 pack of shredded cheese (perfect italiano: mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan)
  4. 1x 1/2 pack of sliced ham (8 pieces)
  5. 1 slice of pineapple

Pre work

  • take 2 trays out of oven, put on top of black cylinder

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees, wait for oven light to turn off (means right temp)
  2. turn off oven when open / close door to minimise losing heat
  3. prepare Pizza
    1. spread tomato sauce on base
    2. spread shredded cheese
    3. place 4 slices of ham on each pizza. Make it easy to cut into qtrs
    4. cut pineapple into 4 qtrs, then thinly slice eacy to put on 1 pizza, on top of 4x hams
  4. put pizzas in oven (4 mins)
  5. swap pizzas (another 4 mins) = done
